We were advised the day prior to when the immediate family showing would be. At that time the store was already closed so I placed an order online and headed the 4 hours south the next morning. Marnie called me shortly after 9am ( I was on the road) to explain a barrier that had occurred. She then called back again with another issue and was quick to provide her expertise and solutions. Being overwhelmed, stressed, and just worried I stopped at the shop as soon as I got to town. Marnie showed me the arrangement she had done instead of the original one we ordered and I was extremely impressed.
