First of all the flowers were delivered before business hours and it was clear that this was a business delivery. Also it was a very cold day and the flowers were not wrapped. The cold caused some of the flowers to die. Being Christmas time I am extremely busy and do not have the time to do an exchange. However, a lesson learned. I will not buy flowers from this place again, and will not recommend to our clients.
